Yash Dayal was born on 13 December 1997 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. He started his career at age of 5. His father Chandra Pal also wants to become cricketer at age of Yash, but he did not complete his dream. Yash joined Madan Malviya cricket Academy at age of 15.

Career
Yash Dayal made his debut in First-class cricket in 2018 against Goa. After that in same year, he also made his debut in List A from team Uttar Pradesh against Chhattisgarh. Late on in 2019, he also made his debut in T20 tournament against Maharashtra. Till yet he did not get chance to play in Indian cricket team.
IPL Career
Yash made his IPL debut in 2022 with the Gujarat titan’s team, at the price of 3.2crore. In IPL 2022, he played 9 matches and has bowled 32 overs and took 11 wicket and gave 296 runs at average of 26.91 and economy 9.25. He played his first match with Rajasthan.
