Priyam Garg was born on 30 November 2000, in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. He started playing cricket at an early age of six. When he was eight years old he joined the Victoria park Cricket training ground. He tries to not to waste any time and money on unnecessary things.

His magnificent run-scoring abilities made him part of under 14s and under 16s teams at a very young age and then was part of the under 19 teams later. But due to some things and flaws, he was left behind for the selection to the world cup squad.
Just before the selection process was taking place he made a disappointing score and which led to losing hopes.
Next year he made a spectacular comeback in Vijay Hazare Trophy. He smashed a century on his debut match against Goa and turned every head. This score made him what he is today.
He was the captain for under 19 and under 23 teams respectively. While playing for his domestic cricket team Uttar Pradesh he scored 814 runs at an average of 67.83.
What makes him distinct from the crowd of the youngest member team? He scored double centuries in under 16, under 19, and also Ranji Trophy. Seniors praised him for his awesome batting skills. Once the captain of Uttar Pradesh said he is like a star and is playing spectacular cricket beyond his years.
He scored the first double century of his cricket career against the Tripura cricket team. And that made him determined to play in the T20 format with the same team. He debuted in 2018-19 T20 format and this time it’s for Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy that was held on 21 February 2019.
His cricket career was now shining like gold and in August 2019 he was one of the players for India’s green squad. This took place between 2019-20 for the Duleep trophy.
