Birth & Early life
Tushar Deshpande was born on 15 May 1995 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He started his practice at young age. He used to travel at Shivaji Park Gymkhana, cricket academy in Dadar, Mumbai. His mother Vandana was died in 2019, at that time Tushar was going to play the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy League, in the match he took 4 wickets by giving 19 runs and won that match.

Career
Tushar started his career while practicing at young age. He made his first class debut for Mumbai in the 2016 Ranji Trophy, he took 57 wickets with the economy 3.15 in 23 matches and took 4 haul wickets 3 times and 5 haul wickets 3 times. After that he made his debut in List A in 2018 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he had played 27 matches by taking 29 wickets with the economy of 6.21 and list A team he had took 5 haul wickets one time. In 2019, he was named in the India Blue team’s squad for the Duleep Trophy.
In 2020, he was bought by Delhi Capitals in IPL 2020 auction and sold to Delhi at the base price of 20 Lakh, in that year he played 5 matches and took only 4 wickets by giving 192 runs at the economy of 11.29. In 2021, Delhi Capitals dropped him and no team buy him so, he did not play any match. After that, 2022 Chennai Super Kings brought him in IPL 2022 at the base price of 20 Lakh. They gave him only two matches to play and he took 1 wicket by giving 63 runs at the economy of 9.
