She started her television career with the film Talvar in which she played an important character of Shruti Tandon. The film featured stars like Irrfan Khan, Neeraj Kabi and Konkona Sen Sharma, directed by Meghna Gulzar. After this film, She was also seen in the Raveena Tandon starrer film Maatr.
Alisha started her television career with India TV’s episodic series Master Mind. After this, she also got a chance to work in serials like Qurbaan Hua and Gathbandhan.
