Azmeri Haque Badhon was born on 18 October 1986 in Munshiganj district of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has completed her studies in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Bangladesh Dental College, Dhaka. She was deeply passionate about acting and modelling since childhood. She took part in several beauty pageants in initial phase of career.

Career
Badhon started her career as a contestant in reality show Lux Channel I Superstar, aired on Channel I in 2006. She became second runner-up of the show and got immense popularity in Bangladeshi entertainment industry. Badhon began her acting career in 2010 with the film Nijhum Oronney along with Ilias Kanchan and Champa.
In 2021, she was seen in film Rehana Maryam Noor, directed by Abdullah Mohammad Saad and produced by Jeremy Chua under the banner of Metro Video. The film is based on a 37-year-old teacher of a private medical college, where Rehana is accustomed to living a difficult life as a mother, daughter, sister, and teacher. She received huge appreciation and critically acclaimed in national and international media. It is the first officially selected Bangladeshi film in the “Un Certain Regard” section of the 74th Cannes Film Festival.
The same year, Badhon featured as Mushkan Zuberi in a web series Robindronath Ekhane Kawkhono Khete Aashenni, created by Hoichoi. She subsequently made Bollywood debut with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Khufiya in a prominent role alongside renowned actors Ali Fazal and Tabu.
