Sandeep Kandola comes from a normal family. He was born in 1997 in a small village of Jind, Haryana. He starts playing kabaddi at a very young age.
Hailing from Budain village in Jind district of Haryana, Sandeep has been a part of all the various tournaments organized across the state, mostly by Sandeep Narwal of Sonepat. Sandeep Kandola explains that “He plays the same role that I play. Whenever Sandeep caught a raider with an ankle grip, the crowd cheered, so I wanted to learn that skill.
Sandeep started playing Kabaddi since childhood, at the age of 15, he used to go to the ground for practice at 4 in the morning. While practicing, his only goal was how to make the ankle grip strong.

Career
Darring and courageous with a strong will, that is Sandeep Kandola, he is the young Telugu Titan’s defender who has been in the race since his very first season of Pro Kabaddi League. In a season many other experienced defenders defend their race the game, but this young age guy more than held his own with tremendous performance.
Sandeep Kandola, known for his powerful grip, attacking-mind, ankle-hold tackle. But interestingly, he learned this defensive maneuver by watching Joginder Narwal in the PKL.
Copying the techniques of every pro Kabaddi player, he successfully tried out for the SAI Camp in Gandhinagar in 2015, which earned him a place in the Junior National Camp set-up and then PKL. Now his name is taken in the list of most successful tackles.
In 2021, Telugu Titans picked him in 59.5 lacs for auction of Pro Kabaddi League season 8.
